WMS at RAL degraded

RAL has sent a notification that their WMS is overloaded and performance is degraded. See link here: https://goc.gridops.org/downtime?id=9005449. This may last a couple of days.

Your User Interface may or may not be using this, if you suspect problems then contact your sysadmin and they should be able to provide a workaround.
