End of a dCache Era

So We are finally trying to close down dCache Tape storage for ATLAS at the RAL Tier1. Some migration over to CASTOR is being centrally managed, but if any Users have any data saved in dcache-tape at RAL this is a warning ( and request) to get in touch to migrate the data before the resource is decommisioned.
