RAL CASTOR Down

After a week of problems, which are still not well understood at the T1, RAL have decided to go into unscheduled downtime for a week to try and resolve problems which are crippling CASTOR for ATLAS.

The UK Tier-2s should still work for analysis, but there are no cosmics or other data coming into the cloud (this has to route through RAL). And obviously you can't get any data from RAL.
