Permissions problems on LOCALGROUPDISK areas

We found a problem with the way that permissions were setup on many of the sites' storage areas for UK ATLAS users. This may cause the upload of analysis jobs' outputs to fail with ganga when you asked for the outputs to go back to a LOCALGROUPDISK spacetoken (e.g., j.outputdata.location = 'UKI-NORTHGRID-LIV-HEP_LOCALGROUPDISK').

I have sent a "jim'll fix it" script to the T2s and asked them to run it as soon as they can, so the problem should go away very soon.
