Certificate problems

A problem with the grid certificate infrastructure has been noted which may affect users interacting with certain webservices. This can result is connections hanging. eg. WMS, grid portal, and other mod_python webservices. Details may be found in the bug report: https://savannah.cern.ch/bugs/?48458. A workaround is pending (broadcast).
