ATLAS LFC at RAL changing

ATLAS will get it's own instance of the UK LFC tomorrow (Thursday 20 August). The new LFC is called lfc-atlas.gridpp.rl.ac.uk so any User Interface machines or user scripts need to be updated if hardcoded.
