Legacy dataset access

We now have a plan in place to restore dq2-get access to the legacy datasets hosted at RAL. Unfortunately it now seems we won't get the relevant central DDM actions performed before the weekend, so it looks like Monday before these datasets will be normally accessible.

In the meantime if anyone desperately requires access to this data then I can knock-up a workaround script.
