CASTOR stable again

RAL returned being a validated ATLAS T1 on Monday after a successful weekend of tests. There have been a few short interruptions to service this week to change database parameters to avoid problems seen previously, but the service now seems to be up and stable.

If you have any problems with data access at RAL, please report them to the normal channels.
