LFC downtime at RAL on Tuesday

RAL report a RAID problem on the Oracle database backend of the ATLAS file catalog (LFC). This necessitates an unscheduled downtime to fix, which will happen on Tuesday 4th November. Please avoid using the UK cloud tomorrow as your jobs will fail.
